Terms of Service

We design, build, and host a website for your business, written to get you booked and set up so new clients can find you. On Signature, that's a full multi-page site with your own custom domain. We set it up for you and make your edits while you subscribe. An optional chat assistant (Her Assistant) is a separate product with its own terms.

Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. The setup fee is charged when you buy. The monthly begins after your setup is complete. Prices are shown on our site at the time you buy.

There is no contract. You can cancel anytime, and your monthly stops at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees cover work already done and are not refundable once setup has started.

You give us accurate information about your business and the right to use your content to build and host your site. You are responsible for your own services, prices, and the promises you make to your clients, and for having permission to use any photos you send us.

While you subscribe, we host your site and make the edits you request. We aim to keep it fast and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Edits are handled in a reasonable time; Signature includes priority edits.

Your brand and your content are yours. If you connect your own domain, it stays yours. If you cancel, your site stays live through the end of your billing period.

We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it as-is. To the extent the law allows, Monarca Creative LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

We may update these terms and will post the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Questions? Email hello@herbranding.beauty.
