Terms of Service

Custom Color and Extensions appointments start with a free planning call. Cuts and styling can be booked directly online. Color starts at $195 and extensions at $650, and your exact price is confirmed at your planning call, based on your hair.

A non-refundable retainer reserves your appointment and is applied toward your total. It is forfeited on a no-show or a cancellation inside 48 hours of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, give me at least 48 hours' notice so the appointment time can go to someone else.

Color and extensions results vary by hair history, texture, and how a service is maintained at home. I'll always tell you honestly what I think is achievable before we book.
