When you book an appointment or send me a note, I collect what you give me: your name, email address, phone number, the style you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.

Like most websites, the hosting provider also records basic technical details such as your browser type and the pages you visit. I use those only to keep the site working.

I use your details to confirm and remind you about appointments, answer your questions, and keep a simple record of the styles you have had so I can plan your next one properly.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone outside the studio except the services I need to run it, such as the booking and email providers.

If you book with me, you will get a confirmation, a reminder before your appointment, and a prep note so we start on time. Reply STOP to any text or click unsubscribe in any email to stop hearing from me.

I only post a photo of your style if you say yes. If you change your mind later, tell me and I will take it down.

I keep your information only as long as I need it to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and I take reasonable steps to protect it.

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Email hello@amararae.co and I will take care of it.
